My commissions are for personal use by default; commercial use will result in additional fees.

You must be 18 or older to order from me.

Commissions may be kept private upon the client's request. I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.

I am not responsible for client negligence.

I am only offering digital artwork.

I will typically work on pieces in the order I receive them.

Rush fees begin at 25% of the original price. Fees may vary depending on the piece and time frame provided.

I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.

My estimated time is one week to one or two months, depending on the project and my availability. I will give updates if my pace takes longer for any specific reason.

Feel free to ask if you are unsure about what I will and will not draw; I am open to discussion.

I am not responsible for any mistakes made during the transaction.

I accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-fi (USD).

100% of the payment is made upfront. A minimum of 50% is accepted if the order is above $100.

Progress will not begin until payment has been sent.

Fees will apply based on complexity, deadlines, priority, and privacy.

If payment is not received within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled.

The client agrees they will not issue a chargeback for any reason and will contact the artist if there are questions, concerns, or a need for cancellation.

Haggling and repeated failure to pay will result in blacklisting.

If you, the client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon up front.

The minimum increase is 100% of the original price, meaning double the total sum. I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

The following cases are deemed commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately. Cases where you receive profit from a platform where you have posted my artwork, e.g., Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal website, business cards, etc.

TIER #1 - Streaming or promotional use; 100% increase.

TIER #2 - Patreon, business cards, personal site; 150% increase.

TIER #3 - Reproduction, selling, merchandise; 200% increase.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work. You will be sent a full resolution via your preferred platform; however, my signature will remain on both the full resolutions and smaller versions of the artwork.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

In the case of a public commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art, e.g., post it on other sites, but I will credit you for the character's design if applicable.

I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own. I will not reuse or resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

All necessary changes are made through the initial sketching and planning process. I will provide updates until the art is approved.

Minor edits are permitted once the piece is finished.

A fee will apply if the changes are excessive.

Mistakes made by me will be edited free of charge.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, or non-constructive may result in cancellation and blacklisting.

I will keep in contact with you throughout the process via email or any available social media.

Updates will be given through the contact details provided.

Harassment or pestering over work speed will not be tolerated.

Clients are permitted to use their paid work in any way with proper credit.

Commercial rights will differ for each project.

Source files are offered at 25% of the original price.

You are not permitted to trace, edit, or heavily reference my work and claim it as your own.

NFT use, AI generation, and cryptocurrency are strictly forbidden.

A full refund will be made if progress has not started, or if I choose to cancel.

Partial refunds are permitted, reflecting the amount of progress made.

Refunds will not be made if work has been completed in full.

You, the client, must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered. There may be differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you receive.

Credit to me, the artist, is required when you post or use said illustration on another platform.

You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there.

I reserve the right to reject critiques on artistic skill and stylization if said critique reduces the quality of the piece.

Any file you paid for will be available from me indefinitely. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure, accidental deletion, or file loss.

Payment type: paypal, ko-fi, or venmo.

Email + Name: the current email you will use to make your purchase, as well as your name for invoices.

Social media: anywhere else i can reach you, and/or where you may prefer the picture be posted.

Type of commission: e.g. flat color bust.

Reference(s): digital pics preferred, several are welcome. screenshots are permitted if client approves artistic liberty.

Pose & Expression: you may provide me with a reference, a general idea, or allow me to wing it.

Character traits: a few words or sentences for me to understand how to depict them.

Background: y/n, backgrounds may be simple or minimalist scenes. description or references would be greatly appreciated. pictures are transparent by default.

Additional: extra details you’d consider important, or any comments you’d like to make.
